When I draw this card for someone, this is what I see coming:

• Your work is noticed. A boss, a client or an expert sees what you did and says so out loud this week. Accept the praise, and use the moment to ask for the next bigger task.
• I see a team project starting. Two or three skilled people, maybe a builder, a designer and you, come together to make something real. Agree on roles and money at the first meeting.
• A renovation or a repair is coming, at home or at work. Hire the craftsman a friend recommends, not the cheapest one. Get the price on paper before he starts.

When it comes reversed

• The team is not working well. Someone is not doing their part, or the roles are unclear. Call a short meeting this week and say plainly who does what. It saves the project.
• Your effort is not noticed yet. A boss or client takes your work for granted. Do not stop. Write a short summary of what you did and send it before the weekend.
• A builder or a repairman is late, or the work is done badly. Do not pay the full amount until it is fixed. Speak calmly but firmly, and keep photos of everything.
